Watsell: Carry less. Know more.

The shop is in the chat.

For merchants who sell through chat, the phone is the shopfront. Prices, delivery questions and availability checks arrive in the same place. The owner carries both the conversation and the responsibility for getting the answer right.

BeRed built Watsell as its own AI CRM for Iraqi merchants. We gave it a familiar role: the trusted shop employee who handles customers, knows when to ask and brings useful information back to the owner.

Every answer carries the shop's name.

“Will it sound like my shop?” became the question behind the work. We set three rules: speak naturally in Iraqi Arabic, answer from the shop's own prices and policies, and hand over what needs the owner. Those rules define both the product's responsibilities and its limits.

We carried the same discipline into the voice. Plain language. Calm replies. Honesty about what it knows. The owner remains the decision maker.

Carry less. Know more.

The promise gives Watsell two jobs. “Carry less” takes on the daily work of replying. “Know more” brings the conversation back to the business. A request for XL, a delivery question about Mansour or an exchange that stops after a price can each raise a useful question. The product's role includes surfacing those patterns so the owner can decide what needs attention.

Make the shop's voice visible.

We connected custom Arabic lettering with the English wordmark, keeping the same character across both. The compact symbol extends that identity into small formats, from an app icon to a browser tab.

Give each message a job.

Watbubbles give one short statement prominence. Watframe makes a person, product or offer the focus. Watline carries the movement of an exchange through the layout. The system holds together while the subject changes.

Launch communication puts the merchant's working day in focus. Short headlines and clear hierarchy explain what Watsell takes care of. The identity extends across digital and physical applications, including the stamp, label and screen mockups shown here.
